How to get accredited
Step 1 - Approved provider
Confirm with your Aggregator that Bendigo Bank is on your approved provider panel.
Step 2 - Application & Compliance
Download the Accreditation Form and Bendigo Bank Broker Code of Conduct.
Provide the required documentation to your Aggregator and they will submit to us at brokeraccreditations@bendigoadelaide.com.au.
Step 3 - Broker onboarding training
Once your application is received, we will be in touch to invite you to our virtual Broker Onboarding Training session.
Session requirements:
- Active video presence.
- External AI note-taking bots are not permitted.
- To be completed within 90 days of application.

- Product Features & Specifics: Understanding our offerings.
- Application Types: Preferred applications versus scenarios we currently do not support.
- Lending Guidelines: Our credit appetite and policy parameters.
- Submission Tips: How to get your applications processed faster and avoid common submission errors.
- Virtual Banking: Navigating the customer's post-approval journey.
- Digital Tools: Maximising the Broker Portal versus the Broker Website.
- Key Contacts: Who to reach out to when you need support.
Step 4 - Accreditation approval & broker code
Upon successful completion, we will formally approve your accreditation and issue your broker code.
Step 5 - Maintaining your active accreditation
To maintain an active accreditation with Bendigo Bank broker, it is a requirement that you are frequently submitting home loan applications through to us. Inactivity for 12 months or more may be reviewed and may result in Bendigo Bank broker accreditations being paused. Brokers seeking to be re-accredited may be required to re-complete the full accreditation process, including the mandatory training session.
